Welcome to our new weekly series where I will list my picks for 5 anime you should definitely watch this week. This is the first time I am doing this article so I will try my best to keep a balance between new and old and all genres.
If you donβt see your favorite anime up here donβt worry, this is a weekly series so it will come up sooner or later! The list is of course in random order, so do not kill me for not giving the first place to something you like. For everyoneβs convenience, I will try my best to keep these articles short. Vivy: Fluorite Eyes Song
If you want an emotionally heavy anime with awesome fight scenes, Vivy is your pick. It finished airing just last week so it’s fairly fresh. If you have been on the website recently, I have really sung its praises. But to be short what makes Vivy really good are its complex and emotionally heavy plot and the awesome animations and fights.
WIT went all out on this one. Just 13 episodes, you will definitely love this one.

Demon Slayer (Anime + the Movie)
A fairly recent anime once again. The reason I am mentioning Demon Slayer is that it was released online very recently on 22nd June. The DVD and Blu-Ray versions should be coming soon too but if the movie was not released in your country like mine, you can now watch it on Amazon Prime and iTunes.
I don’t think I need to tell you why this movie is great. It is the highest-grossing anime movie of all time and did crazy well worldwide. There is not much in terms of plot, people who have not watched the anime can still watch the movie. The animations and soundtracks are just crazy good.

Bleach
Moving on, we have an old one here. I am mentioning Bleach here because itβll take time to catch up with it given its length and it has a sequel right around the corner. What better time to catch up with Bleach than now right?
Bleach is just one fight after another. Bleach has really cool sword fights and the soundtracks are just awesome even though the animations die sometimes. Check it out and let me know. I hope we can enjoy the ending together.

Sora Yori Tooi Bashou
Enough of serious anime, for now, we have a Slice of life/comedy here. I just don’t get why this anime doesn’t get more attention. It has a pretty damn unique plot. I mean how many other anime are there in which the protagonist is like “I wanna go to the Antarctic”?
SoraYoriTooiBasho is a fun and carefree anime even though it has a serious and dark undertone. You should definitely check it out. I promise you, youβll be like βwhy is this anime so short?β

Grand Blue
Moving on, we have something completely carefree. Grand Blue doesnβt have even a hint of seriousness in it. It is how I want my college life to be. Just friends having fun together. Grand Blue is one of the best comedy anime out there and I honestly want more of this anime but we will never get more.
It is just 12 episodes and each episode is just full of memorable jokes and has a lot of rewatch value. Just go ahead and watch it. Thank me later!
