Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie New Details Revealed!

Article at a glance:
The Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc is officially being adapted into a trilogy of movies instead of a TV anime.
The first movie is titled “Akaza Sairai” (The Return of Akaza) and features theme songs by both Aimer and LiSA.
We just got a brand new trailer, and yeah, UFOTable is clearly going all-out with this one.

Idk why but this shot of Tanjiro out of context is really funny

Can’t believe we are this close to finally seeing the ending of Demon Slayer. It feels like just yesterday when I decided to check out this anime out of curiosity, knowing nothing about it. Back then, I didn’t even realize how big of an impact this anime would end up making. I know a lot of people call Demon Slayer the “normie anime” but I am still thankful to Demon Slayer in many ways. It’s largely thanks to the Infinite Train movie that anime is so mainstream today. And well, we are ending the saga with another movie, well, 3 movies for the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc.

So welcome back to another news article. Today, we are talking about the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc anime and all the updates we got for the first movie. So let’s get started.

The new key visual from the Official Twitter account.

What do we know about the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle First Movie?

If you didn’t know already, the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc will be covered in 3 movies instead of being a TV anime like usual. I have no doubt that they will re-release these movies as TV anime later on, like they did with the train arc, but that is besides the point. And they are pulling out all the stops for the first movie already. One theme song for the movie is performed by Aimer (Taiyō ga Noboranai Sekai), while the other one will be performed by LiSA (Zankoku no Yoru ni Kagayake). Yeah, two of my favorite anime song artists in the same movie lol.

We recently got the full trailer for the first Infinity Castle arc movie. And yeah, as you might expect, this trailer came right as the re-airing of the Train arc movie concluded on Fuji TV lol. The first movie of the trilogy is called “Akaza Sairai” which is officially localized as “The Return of Akaza” so you already know who the first movie will focus on.

My Thoughts

I can’t wait for Demon Slayer to be over, man. Yes, I am very excited to see how creative UFOTable gets with the animations, I am sure they will go batshit insane in making this movie. But also, I just can’t wait for UFOTable to be free from Demon Slayer and finally do something else. They are an incredibly talented animation studio, but for the past few years, they have made nothing but Demon Slayer and I think that’s a shame. They should be out here covering more stuff, too, you know?

That sentiment is not to slight Demon Slayer, by the way. Again, I just think that it is a shame that UFOTable has simply been tied to a single series for all this time. Regardless, I am sure they will go crazy in this movie. We all know what’s about to happen in the story. But we also realize that the action is simply going to be off the walls. So in that regard, too, I do look forward to this movie.

That is all for now

Let me know what you guys think in the comments. I am sure many people are excited about the movie. I amy criticize the story harshly but, damn it man, I won’t miss the chance to go watch this film in a theatre. With that said, though, I will take my leave here. See ya!
