One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 3 Was Actually Good???

Article at a glance:
- Episode 3 of One Punch Man Season 3 was actually kinda good. Yeah, I’m just as shocked as you are.
- The animation finally showed signs of life, especially during Garou’s fight, which was surprisingly fun to watch.
- And let’s keep it chill. Meme the anime all you want, but don’t harass the people working on it; they’re just dealing with a bad hand.

YEAH, trust me, I am just as surprised as you are with that title. One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 3 was actually pretty decent. I think most of us just gave up on this season after the first two episodes, rightfully so, but Episode 3 was actually kinda good, bro. I hope that they didn’t blow all their animation budget on this episode alone, because if this is how the Season goes, we might actually be back. Yes, I know that I am huffing some strong copium here, but copium is all I have at this point.
Welcome back to another article. I didn’t expect to make another article on One Punch Man Season 3 so quickly, but episode 3 was pretty decent and deserves a spotlight. As I predicted, OPM Season 3 is turning out to be quite a good content farm lol. So let’s get started.

One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 3 was actually animated!
We have all seen the memes. The memes of Garou walking out of the cell or sliding down the grass slope have been quite funny. The first two episodes probably had 30 frames total between both of them. These episodes were filled with so many still frames and awkward close-ups. Many times, they straight-up didn’t even animate the mouths of characters speaking, lol. This is pretty noticeable with, say, Insect God. He just speaks with his mouth open in Episode 2 for a good moment lol.
But Episode 3 was surprisingly well done. Sure, it had a lot of still frames too, but the Garou fight was actually decently animated. I’d go as far as saying that the Garou fight was fun. I know it sounds implausible if you left after just the first two episodes. But trust me on this one, Episode 3 actually had some nice, fast-paced action that looked good. Of course, the fight was rather short, and the rest of the episode wasn’t anything special, but this does give us some hope that Season 3 MIGHT still be able to recover.

Also, I want to touch on another thing. Please don’t harass anyone working on this anime. It is okay to make fun of the anime and lament the fact that your favorite manga got a bad adaptation. I am also frustrated, trust me. But that does not mean it is okay to send death threats to the director or any of the staff. They have been placed in a bad position, and Bandai clearly did not give them enough time or budget to manage the anime adaptation properly. So if anything, complain to Bandai. But again, please be respectful about it. Nothing justifies personal harassment.
That is all for now
I hope I made myself clear. I do not condone any sort of personal harassment here. Memes and stuff are fine, but do not let any of that slip into harassment. Aside from that, just knowing that One Punch Man Season 3 might still have a chance is enough for me to bring out the copium jar. I am snorting the strong stuff. If you’re ever short on supply, hit me up; I’ll cut up something fresh for you, too. With that said, I will take my leave here. See ya!
