What do we know about The Eminence in Shadow Season 2?

The anime will air in the next season, the Fall 2023 season as announced earlier. But, now we have a fixed release date of October 4th. Most of the major staff members are reprising their roles. So Kazuya Nakanishi is returning to direct the anime at Nexus Studios. And of course, the cast members are also reprising their roles with Saori Hayami and Miku Itou joining the cast as well.

OxT will be returning to perform the opening theme of this season called “Grayscale Dominator”. The season 1 opening theme by them, “Highest” was pretty awesome so this one should be good too. What do I think?

Well, it goes without saying that I am excited. I heard from some of my friends who have read the source material that the upcoming Vampire arc is pretty good. So I look forward to that. Glad to see that the staff is returning for season 2 as well. They did a fantastic job in the first season and I wouldn’t want that to change.

The PV looks pretty hype as always, Shadow being Chuuni and pretending to act cool never gets old. The visuals look great once again as we’ve come to expect from the series. And you know what can I say, the new PV got me even more excited about this season than I was before. So yeah, I very much do look forward to it. Only 3 more weeks to go now, can’t wait.
