The Ribbon Hero New Trailer, Cast, and Theme Song Announcement

The latest trailer for The Ribbon Hero is here, giving fans a better look at its story and characters. The anime is set to premiere on Netflix on August 8.

This new sneak peek expands on the journey of Sapphire, the princess from a lost kingdom called Silverland. After her home was destroyed by the calamity known as Nergal, she finds herself in Goldland. Though her past weighs heavily on her, kindness in this new land helps her regain hope. But trouble returns as Nergal threatens her new home too. With a firm resolve, Sapphire takes up her sword to protect those she cares about.

Alongside the trailer, the production revealed more voice actors joining the cast. Seiran Kobayashi voices Pine, Koki Uchiyama plays Velvet, and Mayumi Shintani is introduced as Zirco. These additions hint at an even more diverse and dynamic character lineup.

Music fans will also be excited. The opening theme song, titled “Reborn,” is performed by Girls Archives. This track is set to complement the anime’s themes of hope and courage.

The show is directed by Yuki Igarashi, who has previously worked on Star Wars: Visions and notable projects like Gen Hoshino’s music videos. The animation studio behind the series is OUTLINE, bringing together experienced artists like Kei Mochizuki on character design and Cedric Herole as artistic director.

The Ribbon Hero draws inspiration from the classic Princess Knight manga. It explores the tale of Sapphire, a princess with both a boy’s and a girl’s spirit. This blend defines her unique identity and her fight against dark forces threatening her kingdom.

Fans of fantasy and heartfelt journeys can look forward to this vibrant retelling. The combination of striking animation, compelling characters, and a strong soundtrack set the stage for an exciting series.

Mark your calendars for August 8 to catch The Ribbon Hero streaming on Netflix. It promises to be a captivating story about hope, bravery, and fighting to protect what matters most.
