Top 5 Anime Art of the Week
It is the 3rd week of February 2022 and I welcome you back to our weekly art article. A place where we list some of the art from IG that caught out eyes. There is a lot of art on IG so sometimes it can be easy to miss a lot of great artists so we try to help them here as much as we can. Looking up some good art can really refresh your mood so I hope you enjoy these showcases too.
With all that out of the way, let’s get started with the list itself.Β The list is in random order, as always. So yeah let’s go.
Oganai Iburo (Demon Slayer) by david_._freeman
If you don’t remember, Oganai is the serpent Hashira from Demon Slayer. He is that really edgy dude; he also comes to meet Tengen near the end of the Entertainment District arc. I love this art style; I have featured this artist for quite some time now and they never disappoint. The art style is crisp, suits the edgy nature of the Hashira depicted very well. Deku (BNHA) by zaikwoo
So this art style is something we call “rainbow art” I think? I really like it anyway. The moment you see the piece, it draws your eyes because of all the colors. Then you notice all the cool details in the art. The original post has 6 such pieces of different characters from BNHA, I liked the Deku one most, so I picked it. Seriously, go check out the original post here and the artist on IG here. They do a lot of colorful stuff like this; really unique style.
Marin (My Dress-up Darling) by adem_seddiki
Ah yes, the new meme character. On one side, Marin is total Gyaru but on the other side, she can really be sensitive too. Doesn’t change the fact that she’s hawt tho. I mean look at this art, it is just a sketch and it looks so good. This is another artist, whose work I have been covering for a while now and I really love their style. Yae Miko (Genshin Impact) by milito3.art
I originally was gonna do another piece from the same artist but, then I saw this and I was like this has gotta be here. Genshin 2.5 update only came out a few days ago and Yae Miko is as popular as ever. We got one of the best quests in the game till now, in form of Raiden’s character quest chapter 2 and of course, the release of our sadistic fox lady. I love this art, I love the expression and everything. I lost my 50/50 but had enough so got her anyway. Hope everyone who’s still trying gets her; may Yae wanters be Yae havers best of luck! Seulgi (Red Velvet) by mamayu_512
Seulgi is a very famous South Korean singer from the group, Red Velvet. You might ask, why is she on this list? Well, because my boss asked me to put this art up. Aside from that, this art is really pretty and it is definitely anime-styled, so I’d say it fits here well. I mean look at that piece, I know K-pop fans are crazy but this is just amazing.
