Mushoku Tensei Season 3 Unveils New Visual of Eris Ahead of July Premiere

Mushoku Tensei Season 3 is gearing up for its July premiere by releasing a new visual featuring Eris Boreas Greyrat. The image shows Eris with a confident look, teasing fans about the upcoming story arc named the “Eris Training Arc”.

The third season is set to start airing on July 5 at midnight JST, which is effectively July 6 at 00:00 JST. Crunchyroll will be streaming the series, so global viewers can follow along as the story continues.

This anime adapts the popular isekai light novel series written by Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by Shirotaka. The story revolves around Rudeus Greyrat, a man who dies and is reincarnated into a fantasy world. With memories from his past life, he aims to live better and make the most of his second chance.

Returning director Ryosuke Shibuya takes charge again, reprising his role from the latter half of Season 2. The animation is handled by Studio Bind, promising the quality fans have come to love. Character designers Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa bring the cast to life, including Ai Kakuma as Eris and Yumi Uchiyama as Rudeus.

Season 1 and Season 2 each took place over two split cours, and Season 3 follows with new arcs and story developments. This season will focus first on Eris’ intense training journey, a key part of the overall narrative.

Mushoku Tensei’s success began with its web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro in 2012. It later became a bestselling light novel, published by MF Books, concluding in 2022 after 26 volumes. The franchise also includes manga adaptations and spin-offs.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the next chapter of Rudeus’s adventure and how the anime will expand on his relationship with Eris. With the July date approaching, excitement is building worldwide for Mushoku Tensei Season 3.

Don’t miss the premiere on July 5, and stay tuned to Crunchyroll for all the new episodes as they drop.
