Oh man, we are here at the end of another awesome series. Now, I am aware that Dr. Stone has had its downs, especially around the Stone Wars days but New World was so damn good, it instantly won more over. We are finally here with the announcement of the final season, though, Dr. Stone Science Future. And while I am sad to see the series end, I know it will treat us to some awesome stuff before ending because Science Future is going to be a very long season.
So welcome back to another news article. Today, we are talking about Dr. Stone: Science Future, the final season of Dr. Stone. And they revealed a bunch of cool stuff about it. So let’s get started right away.

What do we know about Dr. Stone: Science Future?
Well, as I have mentioned, this will be the final season of Dr. Stone. There are about 100-ish chapters left in the manga to cover, so this season will be split into 3 cours. So that means the final season will be around 36-39 episodes in total, which is a lot. And if I read the announcement correctly, all 3 cours will air in 2025 itself, so that’s a pretty big deal as well, if true.
Of course, goes without saying that TMS Entertainment will most likely be returning to make the final season as well, along with all the important staff and cast members we’ve come to know and love over the years. I don’t think there will be any huge changes in these aspects of the show. But, of course, we will have to wait for confirmation on that one. But yeah, that covers all the news we have for now. So let’s move on to

My Thoughts
Obviously, I am very excited about this. The Treasure Island arc was really well done, and we finally know what the main antagonist of the series is going to be. So it is pretty obvious what the final arc is going to focus on. So it is going to be very interesting to see how things resolve. Why-Man is in space after all. And yes, Senku’s goal from the very season has been to go to space. Things are very different now because the stakes are so high.
Then there is also the question of what you do with characters like Hyoga. But yeah, overall, it should be a good season. From what I remember, people did like the manga’s ending back in the day. It was one of the better manga endings, if I recall correctly, so the anime should be fun as well. We’ll see how things go. More than anything, though, I am so much more excited to see the character shenanigans again. We’ve had some fantastic additions to the cast recently, after all.
That is all for now!
So yeah, let me know what you guys think in the comments. I am very excited about Dr. Stone Science Future. There’s so much stuff I look forward to seeing. I will take my leave here. I will see you in an hour or two with the Best Episode of the Week article. So yeah, catch y’all in a bit. Bye!
